About the speaker:
Frantisek Milan is from Slovak Republic. He graduated from Masaryk University with a major in Chinese cultural studies in 2022. After that, he shifted his attention toward International Relations. Since the age 15, he has been interested in studying the Chinese language, culture, and politics. As a student in a physical disability program, he is passionate about learning more about the situation of people with disabilities in Taiwan and the PRC, broadly in the region of Asia-Pacific.
