IDAS Tuition Fee

Enrolled students must pay the registration fee every semester (twice a year – in September and February). Moreover, students taking courses must also pay the credit fees for every course. Students who have completed the required credits will only pay registration fees.

The National Health Insurance (NHI) will be paid by students every semester along with the registration fee. Having NHI is compulsory. The cost is approximately NTD4,500 per semester.

Besides the tuition fee, students will have other expenses, such as accommodation and food.

Living in university accommodation is more affordable than living in the city. The on-campus accommodation fee includes bills and internet, while the off-campus accommodation expenses depend on the type of accommodation chosen.

If you are looking for off-campus accommodation, we recommend using Facebook groups for renting a room/flat/studio or 591 (only available in Mandarin)

Food is generally cheap in Taiwan and eating out/taking away is the preferred option for students
