The College of Communication Library has decades worth of collections related to mass communication and is very popular among non-NCCU visitors. This library has a large and reputable collection of periodicals in Western languages and these on journalism. All works produced by students of the College of Communication (including the Graduate Institute of Journalism, Department of Radio & Television, and the Department of Advertising) have been collected by the library and can be checked out by those with a permit.
