Housed in the five-storey Main Library building, the collections include Chinese and English books, Chinese and other language periodicals, newspapers, electronic resources, and different kinds of audiovisual resources.
Reading room:
The basement reading area is divided into A, B and C Sections. Laptops and any devices that make a sound are only to be used within Section A. Section A of the reading area is open 24 hours a day. To save energy, B and C sections are closed between 00:00 and 08:00. The opening hours are subject to change during exam periods and vacation periods, or outside of the normal semester. A current NCCU ID card is required to enter the reading room.
1FMeeting Room:
Meeting rooms are available for NCCU faculty members and students. These can only be booked through iNCCU. The discussion rooms are not available on holidays.
4F Carrels:
Study carrels are available for postgraduate students. These can only be booked through iNCCU. Carrels are out of service on the 30th and 31st of every month due to routine cleaning.
